Below is the schedule for the weekend – including activities and meal times. We are still finalizing a few items so check back closer to the reunion for any changes. We will have some copies of the Weekend Schedule available at the Registration check-in on Friday evening.

Friday, July 5

5:00pm – 8:00pm

Registration & Supper
Meet in the hall to confirm your registration and payment has been received. Grab a bite to eat while you catch up with everyone!

Chili and a Bun + Veggies and Dip + Coffee, Tea and Iced Tea

8:00pm

 Meet & Mingle
Each family unit will designate a member to introduce the newest additions to their family since our last reunion in 2006.

9:00pm

 Cards & board games in hall. Campfire.

Saturday, July 6

8:00am – 10:00am

Breakfast
The Continental (buns, muffins, pastries, butter, condiments, seasonal sliced fresh fruit) + Coffee, Tea, Milk, Orange and Apple Juice

11:30am – 1:00pm

Lunch
Deli Sandwiches + Broccoli, Macaroni and Potato Salad + Coffee, Tea, Milk and Iced Tea

12:30pm

 Golf Tournament
Afternoon of golf organized by Bernie and Deed Mann

1:30pm – 4:30pm

 Children’s Games & Afternoon Adult Activities
Check back for more details. We will be organizing some activities for the kids and also for those of you who aren’t interested in golfing.

5:00 pm

Family Photo
We would like to get a group photo of the 2019 Dunham Family Reunion crew. Meet at the hall please and get ready to say “Cheese”!

5:30pm

Cocktails
Bar service will be available in the Banquet Facility Hall.

6:00pm

Supper
Roast Beef, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Veggies, Gravy, Caesar Salad, Buns, Dessert (squares and brownies), Milk, Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea

8:00pm

Silent Auction & Social
We are asking that each family member donate an article which has a value of $15.00 – $20.00 (be it homemade or bought). The money raised at the silent auction will be used this year if more funds are needed and the remaining amount will be kept to go towards the next reunion.

Sunday, July 7

9:30am – 11:30am

Brunch & Farewell
The Classic (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, seasonal fresh fruit) with Pancakes, Bacon and Sausage + Coffee, Tea, Milk, Orange and Apple Juice

Hall will be open for visiting until 2pm.

10:30am

 Family Meeting (in hall)
Discuss details about current reunion and who would be interested in taking on the planning for the next reunion. Open to anyone to attend. Would be great to have at least one member from each family unit present if possible.
