Here you will find all of the information you will need for the weekend in regards to the location, accommodations, fees and other small house keeping details.
Facility
The reunion will take place at the Harbor Golf Club & Resort (www.harborgolfclub.com) located on the shores of beautiful Lake Diefenbaker near Elbow in West Central Saskatchewan. All meals and gatherings will be located in the Harbor Golf Club Banquet Hall.
Accommodations
Here is a list of the Accommodations for the Family Reunion Weekend. All prices quoted do not include tax and are daily rates based on double occupancy. Additional cost per adult varies per location. Reservations are open for some now but most begin on April 1st.

As these are the closest accommodations to the Banquet Hall, we have pre-booked 2 cabins per Family so that each of the Dunham Siblings Families have the opportunity to reserve a cabin prior to April 1st (when general reservations begin). A member of each of the families has been contacted and details have been shared with them about finalizing who will be taking those cabins. Any cabins that are left over after this will be able to be booked by phone on April 1st. If you are interested in reserving one of these cabins and have not heard from us that you have a spot confirmed, please contact Melissa Prefontaine at (306) 216-7710 by March 27th to see if a spot is available. For those whose cabins or RV sites have beeen pre-booked, please call to confirm your reservation prior to April 1st.
The RV sites that are available to book are a few blocks away from the Banquet Hall. They are grouped together for the most part so it will make for a nice area for those who are planning to camp. Some of the lots are quite large (50 x 100) and can have 2 full service hookups per lot so if you are interested in going together with someone on a lot, please let them know when you are booking your reservation.

Registration Fees
The 2019 Registration Fees will cover the cost of the hall rental and 5 catered meals including: Friday – Supper, Saturday – Breakfast, Lunch and Supper and Sunday – Brunch. We also included a small fee for “incidentals” throughout the weekend and whatever funds are left over can help replenish the Reunion Fund.

Meals and Beverages
Due to new regulations, we are no longer allowed to bring any outside food or beverages into the Banquet Hall, so that is why we opted to have all of the meals catered (it also saves us from having to cook and do dishes or eat in restaurants!). Same goes for beverages – there will be a bar service setup on both Friday and Saturday evening with drinks ranging from $5.50 – $5.75. There will also be Water, Iced Tea, Coffee and Tea available throughout the day in the Hall.
We are not able to offer the choice to opt-in or out of certain meals as it would make it too difficult to manage the numbers so the registration fee is required for all those in attendance.
Pets/Dogs
As much as we all adore our fury little four-legged family members, they are unfortunately not allowed at the Banquet Hall Facility (both inside and outside the facility). With all of the new little family members that will be in attendance walking and crawling around as we gather at the hall, we kindly ask that you keep your pets at your campsite or cabin for the safety of the children and your pet. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation. (This also includes the common group area that we will have setup behind the cabins for the bonfires and general visiting.)
Special Dietary Needs
If you have any special dietary needs, please include that information on your registration form so that it can be shared with the catering staff. They will try their best to be as accommodating as possible with your request.
Family Photo
We would like to get a Family Photo of everyone in attendance at the 2019 Dunham Family Reunion. If everyone can meet at the hall by 4:45pm on Saturday afternoon before supper that would be great!
Silent Auction
We are asking that each family member donate an article which has a value of $15.00 – $20.00 (be it homemade or bought). The money raised at the silent auction will be used this year if more funds are needed and the remaining amount will be kept to go towards the next reunion. Bidding for the Silent Auction will begin on Saturday morning and will close that evening after supper at 7:00pm.
Golf Tournament
If you are interested in golfing on Saturday afternoon, we will be reserving a block of tee-times and will be organizing a golf tournament.
We will need to know exactly how many people would like to golf so please contact Bernie and Deed Mann to add your names to the list. You can reach them by phone or email.

Deadline to register is May 31st.
The final cost to golf will be determined closer to the date but for now, the estimated prices are as follows: $28.00 for 9-holes and $47.00 for 18-holes.
