Here is some information about what to bring and prep before the reunion. Check back for updates.

Silent Auction

We will be hosting a Silent Auction on Saturday from 9:00am to at 6:00pm. If you would like to contribute an item for the auction, please drop it off at the hall by Friday evening (we will have a designated area for the Silent Auction). The winning bids will be revealed after supper on Saturday evening.

If you are searching for a bit of inspiration, here is a list of items to consider: a collection of freshly picked garden vegetables, homemade baking, knitting, painting, woodworking, jewellery, stained glass, framed pictures, customized apparel, themed gift baskets… the possibilities are endless! Be creative!

Memorial Tribute

We would like to create a space in the Hall where family members can bring photos and memorabilia of those loved ones who are no longer with us. Please feel free to bring any items you wish to share and they will be setup for others to view throughout the weekend.

Beverages & Snacks

Beverages including water, pop, alcohol, juice and drinks for children will be your own responsibility throughout the weekend at your own Accommodations. There will be no outside beverages of any kind (including alcohol) that will be permitted into the main hall. Bar service will be available on Friday and Saturday evening and drinks will be available to purchase. During the meals, the caterer will be providing water, iced tea, coffee and tea, and fruit juice and milk (for breakfast only).

If you would like snacks throughout the day, this will be your own responsibility. As we will be having nightly bonfires, you may also want to bring some munchies for around the fire and some marshmallows to roast!
